Applications of BBa_M36645
Unsuccessfully used as a 2-aminopurine sensor that inhibits fluorescence in Top10 E. coli with Gemini. We used this composite in Plasmid_Backbone BBa_M36099 in place of "student sensor goes here"; also had kanamycin resistance replace ampicillin resistance in the Plasmid_Backbone.
